Reports live in the dashboard (anvil.entrpy.co), same sign-in as Dashboard Access. Everything is derived live from Anvil's records.
What's there
- Machine Sales — the quoted/sold machine ledger.
- Invoices and Bills.
- Vendors.
- KPIs — automation rate and volume.
- Commissions, Events, and Audit Log (admin-only).
Source-of-record financials (P&L, AP aging, etc.) still live in QuickBooks; the dashboard links out to the QBO record where relevant.
Needs John: only if the SOP must cover QuickBooks-native reports — who at FabTech has QBO logins and which QBO reports are “the” reports.
